Joe Hanley, born to a farm couple Will and Nora Hanley, in the midst of the great depression June 1932, grew up asking questions about our earth. His practical experience took him to the coasts of this country, to the mountains in mining operations and exploration for suitable building stone in many areas for his stone business in Orange County, California. He has seen fossils of animals smaller than salamanders to a "pre-historic" animal whose torso was about 30 feet long including a 10-foot tail all encased in limestone.
Adding to Joe's practical experience with stones and bones, further research in books and journals by many different experts including scholars in ancient weather, paleontology, archeology, astronomy, Egyptology, Middle Eastern history and geography, and other disciplines resulted in a series of essays that was humorously called "A Hodge-Podge of Useless Information."
The motive of this work is simply to show there is an alternative view to things academia and established science have determined to be truth. You will notice the obvious comparisons of accepted truths and opposing conclusions that have existed for hundreds of years. Joe is not one to be boxed by dogma or established facts. Nothing is sacrosanct making it impervious to examination. He said that truth is the only thing that matters in this world, either religious or scientific. Joe has a code that guides his writing whether things religious or secular and that code is "truth will never contradict truth whether in or outside of the bible." You might find the things in this book challenging to your accepted view of how things are. Most definitely you will find what is written herein well documented with respected experts in various fields. The essays that comprise the chapters of AH-POUI are from essays by the author written over a period of 5 or 6 years, the major portion of them in the early 2000.
